At XIAOYU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your XIAOYU account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
